Pixiwoo Day 1 - Natural Make Up

Hello :)

And so begins my Pixiwoo Course blog posts :) 

Introduction to the Course, Sam, Nic and Stacey

Me and Becca were very nervous on the Monday Morning, we forced some food down us, had a shower and set off up to the studio! 

Luckily for us our hotel was only a 3 minute walk away from the studio so we didn't have much time to stress until we got to the studio, we nipped to tesco and then walked to the Studio. 

As we were walking to ring the buzzer Sam was already walking in so we jumped in the lift with her up to the Pixiwoo floor (whilst having a mini fan girl moment in my brain! had to get it out while i could ha!)

We walked into the studio, which is a lot smaller than i imagined and met the lovely Stacey and Nic who instantly made us feel welcome and at ease! 

As the other students came in we all had a chat between ourselves and then we started the day! 

Stacey, Sam and Nic began by introducing themselves and told us a bit about how they got into make up and how they got where they are today and then we went around the room and did the same! It was great fun getting to know everyone we would be working closely with for the rest of the week.

Nic then began doing a demo on Stacey of natural make up, we all listened and took notes, we were able to take pictures and ask lots of questions!
It was amazing watching the people you have watched on Youtube for years, do make up in front of you!

We then went and sat in our seats and did each others make up.
I was lucky enough to be partnered with a lovely girl named Stacey from Aberdeen! 

Stacey began by doing her natural make up look on myself :) 
Here is how it turned out! 

It was then my turn to attempt a natural make up look on Stacey! Here is how mine looked at the end :) I'm pretty proud of it considering i was so nervous! 






We then had a bit of spare time so Nic asked us to put a winged liner and red lip on the make up we had just completed. Nic and Stacey did a demo for us and we got to work!

All in all i had a fantastic first day at the Course and was extremely excited for the rest of the week :)

Trip To Blackpool February 2017 - The Park!

Hello Again :)  I hope you enjoyed yesterdays Blogpost! As promised here is the Pleasure Beach post :)!  So on the 11th we attended the Pleasure Beach for the opening day!  It was very very busy, this was because it was the first main park to open in the UK! As I have a lot of "Rollercoaster Enthusiasts" as friends, this was exciting for them and I went along to enjoy the day with them!  I had an absolutely fantastic day!  We managed to get on pretty much all of the rides! There were a few ride closures, but nothing we were overly bothered about really!  I had a fantastic day with my friends, catching up and riding some really fun rides! Most of us however, did not ride Valhalla! We weren't silly enough ha ha!  We also went on Sunday 12th aswell for a second day on park!  This was a much quieter day, however, the Big One was down so we didn't get to ride that! Booo!! Both days were amazing, and it was truly one of the best week

In The Spotlight #3 - Sammi Maria

Good Evening lovely people, how are you doing?  In The Spotlight week 3, and this week it is focused on Sammi Maria!  Who Is Sammi Maria?  Sammi Maria is a 26 year old british YouTuber and Blogger.  She is a fashion graduate from London and lives with her Fiancee Jason and baby Indie-Rose.  The couple also have 2 dogs, a French Bulldog and a British Bulldog. Sammi started her Blog and YouTube channel in 2009 and has since become very successful and established at what she does.  She is also signed to Gleam.  What does Sammi Do? Sammi runs a very successful Blog, focusing on Fashion and Lifestyle predominantly, along with this she runs a fantastic YouTube channel which features lookbooks, how to style different items of clothing videos, make up tutorials, hauls, monthly favourites and much more. She also has a second channel on which she uploads vlogs to when she can.  Sammi and Jason also have their own clothing brand called 'Novem and Knigh
